The pros and cons of mine ventilation system directly about the safety and stable,after each production of mine production to a certain stage in the development must be to evaluate the existing ventilation system,aiming at the problems,measures,timely optimized transformation,general is according to the practical experience in engineering in numerous options to choose a kind of direct,actually the practice with a lot of blindness,and may not be able to achieve the desired effect.With the development of science and technology,the birth of ventilation simulation technology,for the optimization of mine ventilation work provides a new research method,in this paper,namely,the use of advanced,the 3 d dynamic simulation system namely Ventsim,study of shuang yang coal mine ventilation system,optimizing reconstruction of scientific guidance.Shuang yang colliery was built in the 1970 s,the production level moved from the first level to the second level,with the deepening of the degree of exploitation,and gradually to the mining area in western development,the main mining area of the original ventilation system is not suitable for the present stage of development needs,ventilation reform is imperative,to improve the feasibility and validity of the transforming work,namely Ventsim with 3 d dynamic simulation system software as the main method,through collecting,measuring,finishing on the basis of the basic data about the mine,the database of shuangyang coal mine,the simulation model was established,the established 3 d dynamic simulation model of shuangyang coal mine,and the status is simulated,the results verify the accuracy of the measured ventilation parameters,and puts forward some Suggestions of the new west wing wind Wells,for the west wing wind Wells,after completion of the three wind Wells on the choice of into the return air and main fan arrangement,proposed several optimized retrofit scheme,based on the existing model,build plan model is simulated,and combined with previous studies of beneficial experience,build the retrofit scheme evaluation system,ventilation system according to the calculating result to perfect the content of evaluation indexes,finally,using the improved grey correlation analysis to select scheme,raise the scientific nature of the optimized transformation,to avoid the blindness,in order to optimize ventilation reform work play a guiding role.
