The resin waste-water with high concentration is hard to be treated for itshigh pollution load,strong acid,complex composition resulting,and the difficulty to biodegrade,etc.According to a series of characteristics of the waste-water,this paper respectively adopted the different technologiesof resin waste-water pre-treatment,such as the Ozone oxidation,the Electric catalytic oxidation method,the Fenton reaction,and the Ozone oxidation + Electric catalytic oxidation + Fenton reaction joint technology of resin waste-water pre-treatment.The study on resin waste-water pre-treatment in theOzone oxidation treatment,showedthe influence of the factors on the CODcr,the ammonia nitrogen,the BOD5 and the chromaticity of high concentrated waste-water of resin.The factors are the ozone concentration,pH and the reaction time,and so on.The result showedthe effect wasbetter under the condition of alkaline,50 mg.L-1of Ozone concentration,pH to 10,3 h-reaction.The study onthe Electric catalytic oxidation treatment of high concentrated waste-water of resin,examinedthe influence of the factors on the CODcr,the ammonia nitrogen,the BOD5 and the chromaticity of resin waste-water treatment.Thefactors are the current density,the plate spacing,the amount of electrolyte,and the reaction time,etc.The results of the experiment showed that the effect of the Electric catalytic method is good.The removal ratesof the CODcr,the ammonia nitrogen and the chromaticity of maximum wasrespectively 62.74%,67.42%,65.82%.The bestfactorsare the 30 ma/cm2of current density,1.5 cmof the plate spacing,2.0g of electrolyte,3 h for theraction time.The study on the Fenton method examinedthe influence of the factors on the resining waste-water CODcr.The factors are pH,H2O2 amount,the amount of Ferrous sulfate and the reaction time and so on.The research results showed that Fenton reaction could remove the 85.14%of CODcr.The most suitable conditions are the pH3.54,53.4 mL · L-1 of H2O2,32.6g of Ferrous sulfate dosage · L-1,1h for the reaction time.The study on theOzone oxidation+ electric catalytic ozone + Fenton joint,showed the influence on resin waste-water CODcr and ammonia nitrogen under the best conditions.Research results showed that useoftheOzone oxidation +electric catalytic ozone + Fenton hadthe best effect.After 3 h,the best rates of removing the CODcr and the ammonia nitrogen were respectively 82.36%and 80.23%.After the pre-treatment of waste-water,B/C increased from 0.15 to 0.45,and biochemical significantly enhanced.According to the data,aiming at high concentration of refractory waste-water treatment,The devicesdesigned on the base of theOzone oxidation +electric catalytic+ Fenton joint can beapplied to the actual project cases,the actual benefit of this technology in the industrial application are verified.
