The Research Of China So_x Emission Control System Of Vessel

Ship-source pollution has been widely given attention by the industry.Nowadays,ship-source pollution no longer only means oil pollution,bunker pollution or other pollution caused by hazardous cargo that is delivered by vessel,but also includes air pollution or pollution caused by ship's wreck.In this case,there is a new appendix,Prevention of air pollution from ships,was published,as Annex ? of The International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution From Ships.To enforce the Annex ?,many countries,such as the U.S,Europe and China,promulgate national laws or regulations.In 2015,China has revised her Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Law,Bunker Standard(GB17411-2015)and published Emission Control Zone Act.It has established a firm foundation for emission control action of vessel's SOx.At the beginning,scholars have paid more attention on technological and operational problem of ship's SOx Emission.For example,summarizing relative laws or regulations of foreign countries or analyzing the effect of emission control zone.For perfecting the institution,there are four parts in this dissertation.Firstly,it clarified some concepts,summarized relative foreign institutes.Secondly,the institution in China has been interpreted and its defects have been pointed out.Thirdly,it explains two methods to control pollution and discusses the possibility of establishing emission trading system in Chinese ECZ.At last but not the least,it provides some suggestions for all problem which raised by the second and third part.
