Ethnic food culture is one of the important parts of national culture,and every nation has a unique food culture.Studying minority diet culture can understand the cultural characteristics of ethnic minorities very well,understand the natural environment,religious beliefs and the impact of cultural conventions in the process of development of diet culture.In recent years WeiShan county is trying to develop the national culture characteristic,promote the national tourism and the development of economic and cultural society.At the same time,it becomes the new topic of current WeiShan ethnic culture how to seize,Dali prefecture,Yunnan province tourism culture construction "tourism second startup" project opportunities,such as in cuisine culture,vigorously develop the characteristics of "food heaven" business cards,let WeiShan tourism become a famous delicacy.This article searches,sorts and analyzes some related material of ethnic cuisine culture of WeiShan Yi Minority autonomous country,applies the marxism theory of related national WeiShan national characteristics of the main features of the diet culture,finds WeiShan ethnic food culture probably existing problems and reasons.So I put forward the Suggestions for the development of the future to make the national food culture provide better service for local economic and social development.In terms of ethnic food culture,many scholars conducted in-depth research and achieved certain results.The article bases on the culture of national characteristics in the perspective of the role of social development,mainly researches the relationship between WeiShan Yi ethnic food culture of Hui nationality autonomous county and social-economic development in national regions.Firstly,this paper introduces the background of selection,the meaning of selection,the research review,the main content of the article as well as the basic idea and characteristics of the research.Secondly,this paper expounds the historical development of the diet culture of the great mountain people.Thirdly,the characteristics and relationships of ethnic culture and characteristic catering culture are summarized.Fourth,it analyzes the present situation as well as developing problems and its causes which WeiShan ethnic cuisineculture development faced through the interview method and the depth of the research method.Fifth,the paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems encountered in the development of food culture of the national characteristics of the great mountain people.The article's highlights is obtain first-hand data of Hui ethnic food culture of Yi nationality autonomous county through research,interviews and field research methods,In the research process,it expand,deepen,refine and try to put forward their own original ideas and innovative ideas,avoiding conformity;Secondly,on the basis of the previous research,we systematically combed the food culture of the great mountain national characteristics.Thirdly,the research has a strong aim,which is to study the characteristics of the food culture in the Hui nationality autonomous county of Dali.
