Research On The Ecological Civilization Construction Of The Rural Area In China

The construction of rural ecological civilization is a mode of building a new socialist countryside,and its strategic task is arduous and significant.With a large population and a large agricultural country,it is the prerequisite to realize the "beautiful Chinese dream" and realize a well-off society by coordinating urban and rural development and deepening the construction of rural ecological civilization.But the construction of ecological civilization is a systematic and complex project,which needs not only the attention of the strategic level,but also the continuous exploration of the practical level.This article summarizes and expounds the rich theoretical connotation and practical value point of Marx’s ecological view.First the basic connotation of ecological civilization is discussed,to clarify the core concepts of the research;then,practical significance for the construction of rural ecological civilization and the basic connotation of ecological civilization construction in rural areas are discussed;and finally focuses on the basis of the construction of rural ecological civilization theory,including the theory,the Marx doctrine Chinese traditional ecological civilization the idea of ecological civilization and Chinese contemporary ecological civilization construction theory,laid the theoretical foundation for the further study of the theory preparation.Based on the analysis of related theory,through textual analysis,comparative study and other research methods,combined with China’s rural ecological civilization construction situation and existing problems,Marx,Engels,theory of human and nature and rural ecological civilization construction in the presence of specific issues are organically combined,from the aspects of the achievements,problems and causes problems cause analysis,elaborated our country rural ecological civilization construction.On the one hand,China has made some achievements in the construction of rural ecological civilization,mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of environmental protection legislation,agricultural environmental protection investment increasing,rural living environment of continuous improvement,to enhance the environmental awareness of farmers and other aspects;on the other hand,the construction of China’s Rural ecological civilization still exists many problems need to solve,mainly in agricultural production due to serious damage to the environment,and the development of rural aquaculture film pollution scale caused by the destruction of the ecological environment and other aspects;to sum up,can cause difficult analysis conclusion,the construction of ecological civilization is not a single,should consider the environmental awareness of rural residents is not strong rural environmental protection treatment,weak infrastructure,the construction of rural environmental protection mechanism is not perfect and so on many factors.In order to enhance the study,based on the practice of ecological civilization construction in rural areas in Sichuan Province as a case study,construction of ecological civilization in rural Danling county has carried on the empirical analysis.First of all,that Danling County Rural Ecological Civilization Construction of the restrictive factors mainly in resource and environmental situation is grim,the lag of infrastructure construction,ecological environment and farmers’ weak awareness of ecological management system and mechanism is not perfect etc.Then,discusses the practice of ecological civilization construction Danling County rural.It mainly includes the continuous strengthening of infrastructure construction,the transformation of economic development mode,the improvement of the ecological civilization construction system and the strengthening of the pollution control of township enterprises.In the front,on the basis of theoretical analysis and case study,based on the current situations of rural ecological civilization construction in our country,puts forward the countermeasures of rural ecological civilization construction.Mainly includes six aspects,respectively based on publicity and education of ecological civilization as guidance,to create happiness beautiful saemaul undong as the goal,supported by the urban and rural ecological engineering construction,development of ecological civilization industry as the core,to change the pattern of economic development and consumption patterns as the gripper,strengthening the construction of ecological government as guarantee.
