With the rapid development of the social economy,the environmental impact on industrial enterprises is increasing.The conflict between economic development and environmental protection is becoming more and more serious.In order to meet the requirements of national sustainable development,building a harmonious society,the state put forward higher requirements and standards for environmental protection,especially for the control of atmospheric pollutants to develop the economy,and also to protect the environment.The coal based thermal power plant air pollution has become an important cause of excess emissions.With the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions and emissions limits,the basic domestic thermal power units have been equipped with desulphurization facilities,whcih greatly reduces the sulfur dioxide emissions,and has great environmental benefits,but the power plant nitrogen oxide emissions control need to be strengthened.With China's latest "thermal power plant air pollutant emission control standards" and "air pollution prevention law" the promulgation and implementation of the "Kyoto Protocol" came into effect,the emission control of NOx in the world will become more and more strict,the effective NOx emission control measures are imperative in thermal power plant.In this paper,the working principle and technological process of the denitrification system in thermal power plant are introduced briefly,with emphasis on the case that the comprehensive design of the boiler denitrification program is not taken into consideration in the early stage of the construction of the old power plant.Combined with the Douhe Power Plant No.3 unit denitration transformation practice,the main control principle of thermal power plant denitration system engineering and design strategies for the control in the factory denitration system are analyzed.Through the analysis of the field test data,the optimal control strategy is obtained.
