| It has been proven that output of the coal in our country was ranking first,while reservation was ranking second in the world.That means it would probably not change shortly that coal mining might still take a role play in energy structure.It was regarded that the causes of air pollution such as smog,acid rain and other phenomena of air pollution were mostly from aseries of combustion of coal dust,SO2.So thermal power plant are being figured on and controlled in a lot of ways in order to cut the emission volume off through decreasing the coal burning consumption.This paper summarizes the status of flue gas desulphurization technology,for the Shandong China Power Company Limited Shiheng Power Plant Phase II,4 X 315 MW unit dust desulfurization system,to seek the best treatment options to make the flue gas emissions standards.According to the specific situation of Shiheng Power Plant,this paper selects appropriate dust removal and desulphurization method,designs efficient engineering technology scheme and adopts advanced control measures to improve the quality of flue gas emission.Through the analysis and comparison,desulfurization using swirl spray flue gas desulfurization technology,dust removal using centrifugal tube dust removal technology,based on the original equipment to transform and test the results of transformation to achieve the integration of ultra-low desulfurization dust emissions.The research of this paper provides important theoretical basis and practical experience for the construction and operation of the dust removal and desulphurization system in thermal power plant,and can produce better economic,environmental and social benefits.The research of this paper makes a positive exploration to the method of discharging the standard of flue gas of thermal power plant in the process of implementing the new strict standard.It plays an important role in promoting the coordinated development of the society and economy. |
