At present,in the increasingly tense energy situation,the proportion of enterprise energy consumption is growing.Wheat milling enterprises in the energy measurement and energy efficiency management information is not high,although the use of PLC distributed control technology,can do local raw materials and energy automation monitoring and control,but the lack of a system level,covering the whole plant of the overall Energy monitoring center,especially in the power of information monitoring automation,information is very low level,in the production line of the power room level and the focus of energy equipment level lack of acquisition and monitoring system.At the same time design process,the equipment parameters are there are margin,the actual use of the motor load is not high,the load rate is insufficient,large horse pull car serious,large energy waste.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the process flow of wheat flour production from the practical point of view,summarizes the distribution of power consumption,analyzes the energy consumption of the main energy consumption equipment and the energy consumption in the production process according to the energy consumption data measured by the milling enterprises space.By analyzing the influencing factors of the energy consumption of the main electrical equipment and pneumatic conveying equipment in the grinding stage,the mathematical model between the energy consumption influencing factors and the equipment power is established,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimized control of wheat flour energy saving.The wheat milling process is designed to control the process of wheat milling,and the process of wheat milling is controlled and controlled by automatic equipment and multi-function intelligent instrument.The whole system has data acquisition,a variety of control methods and fault diagnosis and other functions,the electrical equipment control and production process parameters to adjust the perfect combination,can improve the work environment,improve work efficiency and improve product quality.The data collection,preservation and analysis of each energy consumption equipment in the process of wheat flour milling were carried out by using the Kingview software to design the wheat flour energy detection and management system,which provided the data basis for the energy saving optimization of wheat flour milling process.By analyzing the energy consumption space of the enterprise electrical equipment,the design parameters are optimized and the unit yield is improved under the condition of satisfying the technological requirements.Design data acquisition system and control system power distribution cabinet.The energy saving of localequipment is optimized by optimizing the energy saving of local equipment.By analyzing the principle of frequency conversion and energy saving,the theoretical energy consumption is calculated,and the variable frequency speed control of wind transportation system is studied.The energy saving transformation is carried out by PLC and frequency converter.
