It usually needs many steps of washing after reactive dyeing process,especially in overflow dyeing machine with a low liquor ratio bath.And the darker dyeing concentration use,the more washing steps need.All the above may cause a bad result,not only reducing the efficiency of the whole dyeing process and consuming more energy,but also aggravating the water pollution.The main content of this project is to explore the application of market-sale energy saving soaping agent in soaping process after reactive dyeing,study various performance of dyeing fabric and optimize the soaping process to achieve the purpose of reducing washing times.At the same time,another task is to built-up new soaping agent for reactive dyeing and evaluate the effect of energy saving,in order to reduce the agent cost.First,this paper mainly studied the application of TF-231 acid soaping detergent(releasing acid),H energy conservation soaping detergent(decoloration)and TSP soaping detergent(decoloration and releasing acid)in the soaping of reactive dye.With comparison of the conventional soaping in various properties,we finally choose the TF-231 acid soaping detergent used in the light dyeing soaping and TSP soaping detergent used in dark dyeing soaping.Hoping that the TF-231 acid soaping detergent can save one step of acetate washing and the TSP soaping detergent can save one step of acetate washing as well as 2-3 steps of rinsing.Secondly,it screened the fit reactive dyes for these two soaping detergents,choosing the commonly used dyes as the experimental subject and testing the properties of soaping bath absorbency,K/S,CMC DE,dry and wet rubbing fastness and the washing fastness.The result displayed almost every properties meet the requirements and few differences between the new soaping detergents and the common.The conclusion is the reactive dye of red BH-3BS,yellow BH-3RS,brilliant blue KNR and black DR were chose to use in TF-231 acid soaping detergent,and the red BH-3BS,yellow BH-3RS,dark blue HF,black ED-H,black ED-Q,black GWF were applied in TSP soaping detergent.Thirdly,it studied the best soaping process in TF-231 acid soaping detergent with a dyeing concentration of 2%(o.w.f)and the best soaping process in TSP soaping detergent with a dyeing concentration of 2%(o.w.f),4%(o.w.f),6%(o.w.f),8%(o.w.f).Each best processes were apply in the trichromatic color matching experiments to demonstrate the feasibility of these two kinds of soaping detergent.And the result showed using the soaping detergents can save the water and achieve the same properties as common soaping.Finally,the thesis was mainly on the compounding a new soaping detergent X as the same property as TSP soaping detergent.Through the orthogonal experiment,draw up the best concentration of each component:(NH4)2S2O80.4g/L,TAED1.5g/L,H2O22.5mL/L,(PVP:LAS=5:1)0.6g/L.It Studied the best soaping process in X soaping detergent with a dyeing concentration of 2%(o.w.f)and applied the best process in different reactive dyes.Comparing the test result with the common soaping,it showed the X soaping detergent was certain acid and oxidizing.It also had the property of decoloration but few differences between common soaping.So it had a certain feasibility.
