With the steel industrialization process accelerates,social production is often neglected in the production process of shearing machine structure and update from the properties of products becomes a performance parameter needs updating,therefore the production efficiency and the market share has become the production and use of modern shear concerns.To improve the cutting efficiency and reduce energy consumption is the primary goal of the rolling process at present,to achieve this goal requires a full understanding of the billet in the process of shear deformation mechanism,which can improve the quality of billet fracture and shear conditions were optimized.Shearing machine is a certain length of the billet becomes the shearing equipment,the two parts and also cut off the workpiece.Shearing machine is a necessary equipment for rolling mill,the main parts of a reducer,connecting rod,upper and lower slide,eccentric shaft,large rod,a small pull rod,pressure holder,balance weight,upper and lower edge and cutting edge,and supporting a cutting head pushing machine,sizing machine,shear front splint and transport machine.The process is as follows: The process is as follows: the billet through the opening roller transport to the shearing machine,by moving the sizing machine to determine the cutting length for billet shearing machine,determine the billet shear,more than by cutting head down into the pit by machine,conveyor transport to the iron bucket in the head.The shearing machine is mainly used for the steel rolling of the steel mill,usually the upper blade is fixed,and the cutting is carried out by the movement of the lower blade.At present,the shearing machine has been widely used in Chinese,on shearing theory,experimental tests,finite element analysis,simulation analysis and other aspects have conducted in-depth exploration and optimization of shearing billet thickness and shear velocity.This paper focuses on the market development of the shearing machine,with a steel mill cut type parallel shearing machine as the research object,the elastic-plastic large deformation finite element simulation of shear process of billet in the cutting process by using UG software,analyzed the billet in shearing process in the forming law and plastic deformation force development and blade surface force distribution,the stress distribution in the process of billet parts,provides scientific basis for the optimization of cutting conditions,product structure design,analysis of product quality,shorten production cycle,according to the wide application of UPCUT shears,optimization by establishing the finite element model of statics to realize UPCUT parallel shearing machine.Finally,the finite element analysis of the finite element method is used to optimize the cutting force.
