Crystalline porous-zeolite has high BET surface area, modified surface acidity or basity and good hydrothermal- and chemical-stability,which are widely used as catalysts and supports in petrochemical industry,cosmetic, fine chemical industry. In recent years, zeolites, especially hierarchical zeolites have been gradually used in organic synthesis, which shows good catalytic performance.In this work, zeolite assembled with transition metal catalyzed the C-N bond forming reaction and Heck coupling reaction was inverstigated.Typically, the zeolite containing copper catalyst was applied in the reaction of C-C bond cleavage and C-F bond cleavage to form C-N bond.The mesoporous mordenite zeolite supported Pd catalyze Heck coupling reaction. This paper includes the following four parts:In the first chapter, the structures, properties and applications of zeolites were briefly outlined, and the advantage of zeolites applied in the organic synthesies was described. In addition, the researching progress of different reactions such C-H, C-C and C-X bond cleavage reactions as well as the C-C bond coupled reaction was expounded in details.In the second chapter, Cu containing and basic ETS-10 (Cu-ETS-10) was directly synthesized and applied in the selective C-C bond cleavage to form C-N bond with high activity and selectivity, which provided a green,moderate and low toxicity method to prepare the amides compounds. In addition, the possible reaction mechanism over Cu-ETS-10 catalyst is speculated.In the third chapter, Cu containing, acidic and mesoporous zeolite ZSM-5(Cu-ZSM-5) was directly prepared. The Cu-ZSM-5 catalysts shows high activity in the C-F bond cleavage to constructe C-N bond transformation reaction. The aniline compounds was transformed from fluorine benzene compounds in in an efficience and green way in the heterogeneous catalytic system.In the fouth chapter, the mesoporous mordenite zeolite supported Pd catalyst was prepared (Pd/MOR) through ion exchanged method, and the catalytic performation of the Pd/MOR in the Heck coupling reaction was inverstigate. The Pd/MOR catalyst shows higher reaction activity than homogeneous Pd catalysts.
