Transparent conducting films(TCFs)have been widely used in solar cells,e-papers,electronic touch screens,et.al.Indium tin oxide(ITO)is the conductor material of choice for TCFs due to its high optoelectronic performance.However,three factors have recently combined to encourage the development of alternative materials and structures:the increasing cost of ITO caused by the scarcity of indium,complicated vacuum sputtering process and a lack of mechanical flexibility.Theoretical and experimental research indicates that patterned metal grids may be a promising candidate for high-performance TCFs that would be applicable to the roll-to-roll processing of large-area flexible substrates.This thesis aims to study a high-performance TCFs made of flexography and gravure printed Ag grids on a flexible substrate of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film.Meanwhile,the transparent and continuous conductive films were fabricated by using a metallic grid and carbon nanotubes hybrid film.Firstly,the silver nanoparticle paste is prepared with phase reduction method of hydrazine hydrate.And the effects of protective agent(PVP)on the insulated-conductive transition of nanosilver coating at room temperature as well as the stability of nanosilver conductive ink were investigated,the result showed a room temperature sintering conductive ink was obtained when the reaction molar mass ratio of PVP and AgNO3 was 0.3.Secondly,the Ag grids were printed by roll-to-roll flexographic and gravure printing.The sheet resistances of Ag grids,20?m/400?m Ag grids printed by roll-to-roll flexographic printing,are chosen because of its relatively better conductivity and transparency.The 20?m/400?m Ag grids demonstrate a typical sheet resistance of 11.05?/? with the transmittance of 80.49%.High Purity Single-walled Carbon Nanotubes dispersions are coated on such Ag grids with the sheet resistance of 8.40?/?,reducing by 23.98%compared with the sheet resistances of original Ag grids(11.05 ?/?).And the Ag grids/carbon nanotubes hybrid TCFs is continuous transparent conductive films,which has advantages such as in photovoltaic applications than the Ag grids TCTs.According to The J-V characteristics of OPV,the Ag-grid/hybrid electrode based OPV showed a PCE of 2.73%,which is a great improvement when compared to the Ag grids electrode based device with PCE of 0.61%.
