Experimental Research On Integration Of Gravure Printing And UV Process And Ice Flower Hammeron

Cigarette labels are used as cigarette packaging.With the increase in demand for cigarette labels and the more exquisite layout design,especially the application of special effect inks,the production requirements of cigarette label printing technology are stricter,and the high-quality and high-quality cigarette label printing process It seems very important.Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency,poor quality stability and long production cycle of the existing process,a full-gravure printing system suitable for ice-flower hammer effect printing was constructed.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First,the cigarette label printing process and mainstream post-press processing technology are described,mainly including process principles and process characteristics,and the traditional cigarette label printing production process and production situation are investigated.Secondly,choose a suitable printing process and build a printing process of ice-hammer effect smoke-mark proofing printing,and then conduct a printing experiment to collect production parameters.After the quality inspection of the printed sample,the pattern is clear,the color difference is controlled within ± 2.5,and the ice hammer pattern is clear and evenly distributed.After comparing with the standard sample,the quality of the printed plate meets the production requirements.Analyze the production of "offset + silk screen" combined printing process,put forward the need for process improvement according to the analysis results,and design the plan for process improvement.Then,printing experiments were carried out according to the proposed process improvement scheme.Analyze the production requirements and technical characteristics of special effect cigarette labels,and design the scheme of cigarette label printing and equipment transformation based on the obtained experimental results.Use gravure printing,connection coding,UV technology integrated in the gravure link for the printing of cigarette label graphics and freezing point ink,construct a cigarette label printing process plan to conduct the cigarette label printing experiment,collect data during the experiment,and print Quality inspection of samplesheets.Finally,the feasibility and industrial applicability of gravure printing instead of silk printing for the production of ice-hammer effect cigarette marks were evaluated.From the perspective of the number of production links,production efficiency,color quality and sanitary safety,the two combined printing processes of "offset printing +silk printing" and "gravure printing + UV" were compared and evaluated.It is concluded that the improved "gravure + UV" printing process has the characteristics of less number of processes,high production efficiency,good quality stability,short production cycle and reduced solvent residue,and the combination of the quality of the cigarette label and "offset + silk screen" The similarity of the process samples reaches 95%,which has a significant effect on the production of large quantities of ice flower hammer effect cigarette labels.
