Analysis On Upper Garment Prototype Of Young Women In Northeast China

Living in a country as large as China,people from different regions vary vastly in terms of their body shapes.So their need for apparel fitness will not be properly satisfied if the same primary standards have been adopted by all the clothing,which necessitates targeted measurement of the body shape of people from different regions and analyzing features of their body shape.Aiming at the current research situation of Chinese garment structure theories,this paper considers young women aged from 18 to 25 in northeast China as objects of information collection,digitally collects information of their body sizes,analyzes through scientific metrical data,creates intermediate mannequin using advanced three-dimensional printing technology,uses mathematical way of thinking and the drawing steps of eighth cultural women's prototype and finally draws the upper garment prototype that conforms to young women in northeast China.Verifications are also made in practice.This paper has carried out static anthropometry on 405 young women aged from 18 to 25 from northeast China.393 effective samples are selected preliminarily adopting the method of simple random sampling.In data processing,professional statistical software SPSS 17.0 is adopted to study the sizes of human body size characteristics of the extracted 23 people.After the Q-Q linear normal inspection analysis of collected data samples,20 abnormal samples with big discreteness are eliminated.The final effective sample size is 373.Then basic analyses of data of human body characteristics are made.Correlation analysis is carried out on the sample data to analyze the relationships among various key parts of human body.Finally,the regression analysis is done on the data and unitary linear regression equation of each control part is gained.And the unitary linear regression equation will be ultimately confirmed after the data is put into for verifications.Based on the above data,three-dimensional printing technology that can rapidly take shape is used to create intermediate mannequin of young women in northeast China.Unitary linear regression equation of each control part is gained combined with scientific data statistical analysis.The upper garment prototype of young women in northeast China will be drawn with the reference of drawing method of Japanese eighth culture-style women's prototype.The contrast analysis and verification are made after the drawing.The upper garment prototype of young women in northeast China is preliminarily drawn.
