Human body shape research is the basis of clothing type classification and an important reference for clothing type production.At present,the latest women's clothing type standard adopted in Chinese standard GB/T1335.2-2008,this standard has been used for 10 years.But with the improvement of people's living standards and the changes of lifestyle,the body shape has also changed.The demand for female clothing purchases is also related to personal factors such as age,occupation and income.Therefore,apparel companies design different styles of clothing to meet market demand.At this stage,domestic scholars study the young women's body shape and establish some new classification systems.However,due to the limitations of experimental conditions,the measurement group is mostly young women in school,and there are few studies on mature women.Mature women are also important consumer groups.In view of this situation,this subject takes mature and young women as the research object,processing the scanned human body point cloud data,intercepts three lateral sections and two longitudinal sections of the human body,and then calculated the angle,area and curvature between the sections.Analyze the differences between two different age groups by combining with statistics,images and other methods.The contents and results of the study are as follows:(1)Human body scanning.110 human bodies were measured using the US[TC]~2three-dimensional scanner,including 64 young women(18~29 years old)and 46 mature women(30~45 years old).After the scan,the point cloud data of the human body and the size of the relevant parts are obtained.(2)Extract the transverse section of the human body and calculate the related angles.Geomagic Studio reverse engineering software is used to reduce,smooth and repair the human point cloud data,and the human body's thoracolumbar hip cross section and human longitudinal section are extracted according to human body engineering.According to the point cloud coordinates,the hip joint angle and the sagging angle of the chest are calculated.Use MATLAB programming to obtain the curvature of the front waist of the human body.(3)The young and mature women's thoracolumbar hips were clustered to obtain clustering intermediates,and the data of the intermediates were compared.The results showed that the mature women's chest drooping angle was more dispersed;the waist was thicker than the younger women.The difference in the circumference is increased,and the curve of the back waist is not obvious;the mean value of the hip convex angle is smaller than that of young women.Mature women may have large differences in hip differences under the same hip circumference.(4)The curve of the human back hip was extracted,and the curve was binarized and interpolated.The principal component analysis method was used to extract the curve characteristics of the human back hip.And five principal components were extracted according to the gravel map.The cumulative contribution rate of the principal components was 97.19%and97.87%.Using K-means clustering,the two categories of curves are divided into three categories,and the cluster center is found to compare the curves of the back and hip curves of young and mature women.Among them,the difference in the back hip curve of young women is small,and the curve of the second category of mature women is shown obvious humpback phenomenon.(5)Learning and classification using SVM,this study divides the back and hip curves of young and mature women into training sets and test sets.The proportion of young women's training sets and test sets was 62.5%and 37.5%,respectively,and the proportion of mature women's training sets and test sets was 65.2%and 34.8%.In the final prediction results,there are3 sample discriminant errors in the back-to-hip curve of young women,and 2 samples in the mature woman's back hip curve are discriminated.The final two types of discriminant accuracy rate is 87.5%.The research results in this paper can provide relevant data for the design and pattern making of young and mature women's wear in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
