Food packaging greaseproof paper is a kind of paper used to preventing food grease through.The greaseproof paper contained perfluorooctanoic aid as the main harmful substances,perfluorinated compounds were viewed as a new type of persistent organic pollutants,such substances had been revealed to have a variety of similar toxicities including fetal development toxicity,reproductive toxicity,neurotoxicity,disordering fat metabolism and potential carcinogenic effects.The greaseproof paper in the presence of perfluorooctanoic aid migration to the possibility of oil and fat foods,to bring potential harm to human health.In this paper,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to detect the residual and migration of perfluorooctanoic acid in greaseproof paper.First of all, by comparing the solid phase extraction, liquid - liquid extraction, ultrasonic extraction, cable extraction and accelerated solvent extraction of several sample extraction method to determine the choice of ultrasonic extraction,the extraction solvent and extraction temperature were determined by comparison.Then determine the derivatization mode,the derivatization temperature was 60℃, the derivatization time was 60 minutes,and a sodium hydroxide solution was added during the derivatization.The internal standard method was used to quantitatively determine the PFOA residues in several greaseproof paper samples.Coating oil-proof paper, to detect the oil level, and detecting in the residual perfluorooctanoic acid.A level of coated oil-resistant paper was chosen to measure the migration level of oil-based food simulants at different temperatures and to make migration models.The results show,the contents of perfluorooctanoic acid in the two samples were 0.6μg/ kg and 1.86μg / kg,the content of perfluorooctanoic acid in the popcorn barrel sample was 2 .02 μg / kg,barbecue oil paper and hamburger paper and snack packaging paper bag did not discover perfluorooctanoic acid.The oil-proof paper for coating residue detection,greaseproof paper with an oil repellency rating of grade 6 contained 0.0091 μg /cm2 of perfluorooctanoic acid,greaseproof paper with an oil repellency rating of grade 7 contained 0.0241 μg / cm2 of perfluorooctanoic acid,greaseproof paper with an oil repellency rating of grade 8 contained 0.0281 μg / cm2 of perfluorooctanoic acid,and had not exceeded the national limit for the use of perfluorinated additives in national standards.For fluorine-coated oil-repellent paper, the amount of perfluorooctanoic acid contained increased with the increase in oil-proof grade.The oil migration tests were carried out on coated paper,the migration of perfluorooctanoic acid was 0.0140μg / cm2 to 0.0275μg / cm 2 at 20℃ ;the migration of perfluorooctanoic acid was 0.0093μg / cm2 to 0.0213 μg /cm 2 at 70℃;the migration of perfluorooctanoic acid was 0.0039μg / cm2 to 0.0232 μg / cm 2 at 121℃.The experimental data was analyzed with software to set up the appropriate curve model.The migration of perfluorooctanoic acid into olive oil accorded with the Boltzmann model at 20℃;the migration rule of perfluorooctanoic acid to olive oil accorded with exponential function at 70℃.
