Heavy oil catalytic cracking?coking and fixed bed hydro-treating are the most widely used methods in crude oil production.Among these methods,the application of coking technology is the most common methods,and delayed coking process is one of the most popular coking processes of the coking technology.Delayed coking process is one of the most common methods in China's oil refining industry.But a large amount of coke powders can be produced in delayed coking process.The accumulation of coke powders are harmful to the process and equipment.At present,the main method to remove the coke powders is the automatic back flushing method,and the equipment used is automatic backwashing filter.In China,the filtering precision of coke powders in coking oil is maintained at 20?25?m,and the filtering precision can mainly meet the requirements of normal using.This method also procedure a lot of problems:When using an automatic backwash filter,the coke powders in oil is bonded to the filter element causing the backwash of the filter to be not completely and the regeneration effect is poor.This causes frequent switching in filter operation reducing their service life;The system often shut down because of the pressure difference is to large,resulting in destroying the continuity of operating units.At the moment,automatic backwashing filter maintenance cost is relatively high.Ultrasonic assisted backwashing is a kind of backwashing method which increase the effect of ultrasonic cleaning.The ultrasonic assisted backwashing filter used in the experiment makes full use of the ultrasonic cleaning effect.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)Using ANS YS software to simulate the sound field under the frequency of 28 KHz and the power density of 1.6W/cm2 in the ultrasonic filter.To know about the size and distribution of the pressure inside the filter,especially the sound pressure and sound pressure distribution near the filter core.Theoretically,it can be found that the ultrasonic cavitation can occur in the coking diesel oil.(2)This paper designs a miniature ultrasonic assisted backwashing.It includes the material of the filter core?the determination of the structure and size?the structure and size of the ultrasonic vibration box?the design of the power and frequency of the ultrasonic generator,etc.(3)Through experiments to verify the effect of the filter and the filter core's cleaning.Producing a certain concentration's coking diesel oil suspension containing A1 dust.Carrying out a series of experiments with the ultrasonic power density?ultrasonic cleaning time?recoil time and recoil flow as variables.Testing the regeneration effect of the filter core with the change of parameters.Comparing the experimental results,to obtain the cleaning effect of the filter of parameters.Comparing the experimental results,to obtain the cleaning effect of the filter core with the variation of the parameters.
