The equipment of plant corn oil unit in ethanol production factory of Jilin fuel-ethanol company was designed and constructed by the Xi'an Kun Bo company,which was completed and put into operation in 2003.The equipment was mainly used to process corn germ oil without oil refining,while the process of pre pressing crude oil,leaching crude oil,mixing the corn germ oil in the middle storage area,transporting the corn germ oil(crude product)to the storage center and ready for sales was included.The process in corn oil production unit was mainly including pretreatment controlling,softening controlling,cooking controlling,pressing controlling,leaching and evaporation controlling.In addition,the prepressing supplementary device controlling was need in the oil filtering process in order to ensure the stability of corn germ oil content less than 0.5%.Moreover,the other supplementary device was also needed including auxiliary leaching controlling in steam stripping process,solvent recovery and recycling controlling,tail gas absorption process controlling.Finally,the residual amount of hexane in corn germ oil was actually less than or equal to 100 mg·kg-1 and the other indicators achieved the national standard.In this study,every parameters in pretreatment controlling,softening controlling,cooking controlling,pressing controlling,leaching and evaporation controlling was selected and optimized accor-ding to the parameters in original process to ensure the quality as well as the yield of corn germ oil.The production condition of corn germ oil was optimized through a list of experiment and the linear relation of the relevant parameters.Finally,the optimum frequency was 45%?65%in the use of preprocessing cycle winnowing device;the optimum moisture content was 8%to 12%in the use of softening pot;the optimum thickness of embryo germ roll was 0.5 mm?0.8 mm in the embryo rolling process;the optimum steaming and frying temperature was 125? to 135? in cooking process;the optimum spindle press current value was 120 A?140 A in pressing link;the optimum frequency of the extractor was 50%?60%in the use of leaching extractor;the optimum disc type steam stripping bottom temperature was 120??130? in the use of disc type evaporation stripper.After optimization of the above aspects,the average of daily production of corn genn oil reached 51.5 tons,while the result before optimization process was 50 tons,which meant that the daily production capacity of the device was increased by about 3%through parameter optimization.This result indicated that the research has a positive effect on the improvement of the capacity of the device and achieved the expected results.
