Energ means to realize economic sustainable development.Because of the t y is the material conditions of the economic development of our country,is the effective raditional industrial energy,mainly coal utilization in the process of production is not high,often have a lot of waste steam in the air emissions,lead to energy use,and pollute the environment,endanger the safety in production.So to develop the new energy-saving products and waste heat recovery steam exhaust device is an urgent task.Our company to use the traditional fermentation to produce ethanol(commonly known as alcohol),using corn as raw materials,the pretreatment of crushing,fluid of saccharification,fermentation and distillation,distillation process to produce fuel ethanol.Distillation tower bottom lees feed unit centrifuge,drying and ultimately produce a byproduct of corn stem the distillerys grain(corn DDGS).Drying process large amounts of waste gas,these energy are directly discharged into the atmosphere,it is a huge waste.Second,after the workshop at the top of the vent discharge,the part of the gas contains a lot of steam and a small amount of organic matter,acidic,the atmosphere,produce acidic white mist,and export stored up the chimney,and the solid black,pollute the environment.This article in view of the dryer exhaust gas recycling,saving energy,reducing pollution to the environment,condensation method is used to analyse the dryer exhaust gas recycling.It is in winter,through the heat exchanger using the drier waste heat steam heat heating water heating for the company,exhaust gas produced by condensed water discharge to sewage device processing;Second is dryer exhaust heat source,a new set of evaporation device,the evaporation device uses DEDERT four effect evaporation technology,waste heat steam after washing into effect evaporator used in evaporator heat source,such not only can be used effectively in the exhaust enthalpy value,also solved the alcohol by the unbalance of material production process,lead to concentrate all cannot be added to the losses in the drying system.
