Research On The Method System Of Coal Mine Team Safety Management From The Perspective Of Group Dynamics

Coal mine team is the cornerstone of coal enterprises, coal production irreplaceable elements, is the ultimate goal of all production safety management activities. However, "three violations" frequent accidents and team management method defects restrict the development of grass-roots management, threaten the safety of workers, are not conducive to the safe production of coal mining enterprises. Therefore,the research of coal mine safety management system, safety management method of coal mine team efficiency, reduce the "three violations"accidents, which has important significance to realize the goal of safety production in coal mine enterprises.This paper is based on the H coal mine team as the research object, n this paper, based on the theory of group dynamics and from the point of view of group dynamics, this paper discusses the safety management of coal mine teams and groups, and constructs an efficient team safety management system. First of all, through the literature review and theoretical analysis, based on the analysis of the relationship between population dynamics and the management team also summed up the impact of six factors, namely: group cohesion, group pressure, group norm, group communication structure and scale, and group leadership group; Then using the theory of group dynamics theory and from the perspective of group dynamics, and the investigation and analysis of coal mine team management is through interview and questionnaire. In this paper, the SPSS software is used to analyze the data of the questionnaire,and the analysis results show that there are some problems in the structure of the team, the selection of the team leader, the cohesion of the team, the communication between the team and the team, and the consciousness of safe production; Then in order to solve these problems effectively, this paper sets up the team safety management system. This system mainly includes six modules, respectively is the team structure,team leader of group selection and appointment mechanism, team communication mechanism, incentive mechanism, team cohesion, team training mechanism, PDCA accident plan cycle mechanism. Finally, this paper designs a group of safety management system of the specific implementation steps and the implementation of safeguards. The paper applies the team safety management system to the H coal mine.According to the investigation and analysis of these late, team cohesion and safety awareness significantly improved, "three violations" has been effectively controlled, so the research of this paper plays an important role in the safety production and safety management of coal mine enterprises.
