Lacking highly similar mine team shared mental model is an important factor for team unsafe behavior.It seriously affects the coordination of team work practices,and results in frequently accidents of team.Taking team in coal mine as study subject,and combining with theoretical deduction and investigation interview,the theses puts forward mining team safety shared mental model system,based on its factors.Take SPSSl 5.0&AMOS7.O&Vensim as the tool for simulation SO as to analyze the effectiveness for different factor upon improving the team shared mental model and enhancing the level of team safe behavior.According to this,the theses put forward the measures for team safety shared mental model and team management.The main conelusions are as follOWS:(1)Propose the factors for team safety shared mental model.Based on literature review,opening interview,exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,it found that mining team shared mental model includes four factors:safety awareness,adventure psychology,anxiety disposition and hazard recognition.(2)Build the safety shared mental model system for mining team.The simulate results show that,safety awareness and hazard recognition have a positive influence on team safety shared mental model;adventure psychology and anxiety disposition have a negative influence on team safety shared mental model;high level of team safety shared mental model can reduce team unsafe behavior.(3)Proposed measures for shaping team safety shared mental model.From a psychological point of view,the theses put forward that,guiding a positive perception and emotion,improving safety awareness,and establishing a secure sense of belonging, are effective measures of psychological training for shaping team safety shared mental model.
