The Addition Liquid Silicone Rubber(ALSR)is a new kind of new materials,synthesis mainly by basic silicone oil,crosslinking agents,catalysts,additives and so on.With small shrinkage,solidification ability,excellent mechanical properties and electrical properties,easy molding and facility processing,which become a excellent functional materials in our modern life,widely use in electrical,automotive,medical and other fields.In this paper,based on the review of liquid silicone rubber,it is proposed to design and synthesis of two kinds of special structure of hydrogen-containing silicone oil,and further to addition liquid silicone rubber.Firstly,used the high hydrogen-containing silicone oil polymerization method to synthesis the Low hydrogenated silicone oil(LHSO): Highly hydrogenated silicone oil(HHSO),octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4)and hexamethyldisiloxane(MM)were used as raw materials,carried out by ultra-micropores solid catalyst(containing-SO3);The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment,the products was characterized by NMR and FT-IR,and the relative molecular weight was determined by viscosity method.Secondly,also,used the high hydrogen-containing silicone oil polymerization method to synthesis the end hydrogenated silicone oil(EHSO): Highly hydrogenated silicone oil(HHSO),octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4)and tetramethyldisiloxane(MMH)were used as raw materials,and the samples were treated with ultra-micropores solid catalyst;The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment,the products was characterized by NMR and FT-IR,and the relative molecular weight was determined by viscosity method.Finally,the platinum-catalyst was used to design and improvement of the synthesis of addition liquid silicone rubber : Low hydrogen-containing silicone oil(LHSO,W_H % =0.75 %),End hydrogen-containing silicone oil(EHSO,W_H % = 0.75 %),Methyl vinyl siloxane(VMC)inhibitors and other materials were used as raw materials.Optimized the ratio and conditions of the experiment to get the good elongation at break,tensile strength,Shore A hardness,as well as gel time and curing time.The electrical performance test showed that the synthetic liquid silicone rubber had good insulation resistance to breakdown.
