Study On A New Series Of Addition Type Liquid Silicone Rubbers

Addition type liquid silicone rubber is a type material with excellent performance.it was applied in architectural , electronics , automobile and aviation industries.we developd some new type(allyl) addition type liquid silicone rubbers.The experiment detailed in this paper is composed of three parts.In the first part,five silanes(allyldiethoxylmethylsilane, diallylethoxlmethylsilane , diethoxylmethylphenylsilane , diethoxylmethylp-fluorobenzenesilane, methylpinylsilane)were synthesized and discussed factors that affecting silanes productive rate.In the second part,the five silanes polyreaction with industrial raw material D4(octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane) and get five unvulcanized rubber respectively .The factors that influencing productivity were discussed.Finally,five addition type liquid silicone rubber get by five unvulcanized rubber vulcanizing containing hydrogen silicone oil respectively , they were vulcanized well.Some function of the silicone rubber were surveyed and evaluated.The products in the first part and second part were token by IR and NMR.Target products were confirmed.
