With the rapid development of expressway construction in our country,the line across the coal mine pressure area is more and more common,the pressure of coal mining,will cause the surface to produce a certain deformation(such as subsidence,tilt,horizontal movement and so on),the deformation may result in this area through the bridge the stress changes and even collapse.How to seek the most coal mining as well as to ensure the operation safety of the expressway through the mining area has become a problem that must be solved before the road designers.Based on the survey and design work of Nanchuan in Chongqing to Wansheng expressway system of coal mine pressure section of the future mining influence on bridge structure,and put forward the corresponding measures to ensure that the design of Expressway post operational safety,the results of this study and design strategies have reference significance to similar engineering.The main contents of this paper are:1?Prediction of surface deformation in coal mining section.Through in-depth interpretation of mine report on the geological survey report of NanWan expressway,combined with coal analysis method theoretical prediction of surface movement and deformation of mining carried out in inclined coal seam and steep seam surface deformation prediction method research,and in accordance with national "three mining regulations" the relevant requirements,carry out the reasonable selection of surface deformation prediction the relevant parameters,prediction of surface movement and deformation,and ultimately determine the pressure of coal mining influence on highway and deformation value of Nan Wan expressway.2?Analysis of influence of surface deformation on bridge structure.The combined impact of high speed pressure range of Nanwan coal mining and deformation value,corresponding to different deformation analysis system,different span and different structure types(including types of superstructure,substructure type,bridge foundation type)effect.3?Study on the countermeasure of bridge structure adapting to ground surface deformation.According to the condition of surface deformation influence on bridge structure,and consider the bridge structure system,calculation of span,bearing type,telescopic device on the surface deformation adaptation and coordination ability,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,and optimize the design and checking repeatedly,after the completion of the bridge in order to adapt to the future to maximize the influence of mining coal seam deformation.4?Effect evaluation and analysis of existing problems and deficiencies.Pressure safety and the overlying coal mine road bridge structure deformation prediction is closely related,because the assumption of deformation prediction of mining theory is not perfect,the deformation prediction are also uncertain risks,which could cause actual surface deformation and prediction of mining results difference,therefore put forward to strengthen the operation and controlling of mining deformation theory control,reasonable development of risk prevention and control plan is the ultimate guarantee to ensure highway safety.
