In this paper,several micro/nano core-shell structure particles via plydopamine ispired catings using Self-assembly method were prepared from the structure of dopamine and the mechanism of polymerization and adhesion,and the morphology,composition and properties of the materials were characterized and studied.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:The first,preparation of submicron SiO2 particles by sol gel method,then the bovine serum albumin(BSA)hollow microcapsules were prepared by two methods.In the first way,multilayer BSA molecules on the surface of SiO2 particles was modyfied by layer by layer self-assembly based on the reaction between glutaraldehyde and protein,the BSA hollow microcapsules can be obtained by removing the template;the secend method was using PDA as the transition layer to modify the multilayer BSA molecules on the surface of SiO2 particles,and then remove the template,the BSA hollow microcapsules can be obtained.The results show that the second methods can be used to control the wall thickness of BSA hollow microcapsules,and the materials have better biocompatibility.The second,the PDA films were deposited on the surface of SiO2 submicron particles,and then the Ag nanoparticles were grafted on PDA films by silver mirror reaction.And the effects of SiO2-PDA-Ag nanoparticles on the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue and the performance of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli antimicrobial properties were also be discussed,the results show that the composite material has good catalytic properties and antibacterial properties.The third,the Fe3O4 nano/submicron particles were synthesized by solvothermal method,and the dispersibilities in water was be investigated.Then PDA was used to modify the surface of Fe3O4 particles.By the method of layer by layer self-assembly,the single layer and multilayer BSA films were grafted on the surface,and the core-shell Fe3O4-BSA composites were obtained.The morphology,magnetic properties and biocompatibility of the materials were characterized and discussed,the results show that the composite has excellent magnetic properties and good biological safety.In this paper,the surface modification of nanoparticles was carried out by layer by layer self-assembly method.The self-assembly method using dopamine as the transition layer is not only simple,but also the reaction conditions are mild.Moreover,because of the fact that dopamine can be deposited on the surface of any substance and its superior reactivity,thismodification method has a wide range of applicability.Therefore,this method is of great significance for the development of nano materials,especially the application of magnetic nano materials in the field of biomedicine.
