In recent years,the situation of China's coal safety production has improved,but the extraordinarily big accidents which cannot be underestimated are still serious.In May 2016,the State Administration of Work Safety indicated that it would promote the coal mine development of informatization,intelligence and automation,and improve the level of coal mine intrinsic safety.Based on the above requirements,on the basis of the project “research on the construction of regional safety monitoring and management platform based on the Internet of Things”,the paper designs and realizes the coal mine safety monitoring information management system,and uses computer technology to carry out safety monitoring of coal mine production to enhance the safe production level of coal mine in this province.The paper introduces the concept of intrinsic safety,analyzes its connotation in the coal industry,and establishes the coal mine safety monitoring and management system based on the concept of intrinsic safety.Through the analysis of the different definitions of intrinsic safety in narrow and broad senses,it is pointed out that the "intrinsic safety" in the coal industry actually emphasizes a kind of thought of safety management,which means that reducing or eliminating the risk fundamentally to be the most secure of the system through the improvement and perfection of technical means,mechanical equipment,production process and other conditions,rather than taking additional security measures to control the risk.Based on the analysis of intrinsic safety connotation in coal industry,this paper establishes coal mine intrinsic safety management system based on PDCA circular management mode.Through the combination of the characteristics and the concrete reality of the coal production safety management,the system is analyzed from the functional requirements and the non-functional requirements.The overall structure of the coal mine safety monitoring information management system under the management system is discussed,and the overall structure and functional planning of the monitoring system are put forward.The detailed design of the database is given,and the structure of each database table is explained.The paper adopts B/S mode and MVC design pattern to realize the code design of two modules of information query and production management,and the functions of real-time status query of dangerous information source,alarm information query and mine map view are completed.Aiming at the problem that the information of coal mine safety monitoring system is not deeply excavated,the paper proposes to use data mining technology in this system and gives a frequent pattern growth algorithm based on linear table storage.Compared with the traditional frequent pattern growth algorithm,this algorithm has a good effect on avoiding memory bottlenecks when mining large amounts of data.Moreover,this algorithm is applied to the association rule mining of enterprise security hazard data to get the guiding information for the management of coal mine,and further it provides effective decision information for management.
