A Study On Automatic Packaging Manipulator And PLC Control System Of Flour

Automatic flour packaging machine is one of the key automation equipment in modern flour processing enterprises.The reliability and stability of packaging efficiency and each operation link have an important influence on the production process.So far,the automatic flour packer in our country is only at the beginning stage,in the process of operation,there are some important problems,such as packing bag bonding,bagging slack and powder leakage.Also,the design of each link of the manipulator is lack of continuity,compactness and coordination.It is impossible to improve the utilization of machines and the efficiency of automatic flour packaging.So,It is very important to research and develop the automatic flour packaging control system with superior performance,high production efficiency,large output and good environmental protection performance.In my essay,the main idea is find out and analyzed the problems in the production of flour automatic packaging process and the existing packaging machines.In the key link of flour automatic packing machine--the key technologies of automatic packaging of flour were studied,such as automatic replacement of packing machine,bagging,packing bag,clamping and sealing.A PID control model of manipulator automatic replacement,bagging and clamping operation is established.A manipulator PLC control system of flour automatic packaging manipulator is designed.To study and simulation design the analysis of the software and hardware of the PLC control system.The automatic packaging control system of flour was put forward.The packing and bagging mechanism adopts double track operating mechanism,the dual track is parallel,the work is independently and in coordination.To ensure the continuous feeding,it can guarantee the automatic packing specialty with higher packing speed and efficiency.The flour automatic packing machine adopts a telescopic feeder and a closed recovery bin device.The material is supplied from the bottom during the packing to avoid dust pollution and flour loss in the flour packing.In view of the above key problems,an automatic control scheme combining PLC with touch screen is proposed.In the automatic control,the SIEMENS S7-200 controller is used as the master controller,AC motor controlled by frequency converter is used as the driving motor of manipulator,RS485 bus communication protocol is used to form control network.In the same time,the essay studied the principle of PID control system,then set up the PID model controlled by manipulator,and added PID regulator to the manipulator motor control.In this paper,an automatic manipulator control system for flour automatic packaging is designed,which takes PLC as the core,the frequency conversion motor as the actuating element,and the touch screen as the man-machine interface.The RS-485 bus is used to realize the control of each function unit by PLC,it improves the reliability and systematicness of the system,and realizes the intelligent automatic packaging control process and visual parameter control.
