With the increase in infrastructure investment and the acceleration of urban and rural construction,the demand for cement in China has increased greatly.As a big demand for cement,although our cement production is very large every year.But compared with foreign advanced rotary cement packing machine,our country independent production of rotary cement packing machine has a large room to improve in the automation degree.Therefore,it is an urgent need for the development of cement industry in China to learn advanced technology and design advanced control system of rotary cement packaging machine.For rotary cement packing machine,this dissertation design the structure of the control system,the hardware of the control system,the software of the control system,and the man-machine interface of the control system.The production efficiency and automation of rotary cement packaging machine are improved.The main work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)The structural design of the control system.According to the process flow of cement packaging and the performance requirements of the control system,the scheme and network structure diagram of the control system are given.(2)The hardware design of the control system.The dissertation design the power supply circuit and weighing circuit of cement packaging machine.The selection of various PLC modules,measuring force sensors,weighing transmitters and Ethernet switched wifi modules was carried out.(3)The software design of the control system.STEP7 to compile environment,use ladder diagram programming language,the rotary cement packing machine can be automatically filled bags,weight display and automatic correction.The hardware configuration chart and program flow chart are given.Based on TPC1162 hi touch screen,this dissertation expounds the design process of man-machine interface.(4)System test.In accordance with the requirements for the performance of cement packing machine control system and the design goal,given a set of system test plan,test the system function and performance,the results show that the whole system has reached the expected design goal.In this dissertation,direct the problem of PLC in control room and the PLC in the high speed rotary cement packaging machine are unable to use the common wired communication,using wireless methods to communicate;direct the problem of can’t check the operation status of the cement packaging machine,using TPC1162 hi touch screen to design a man-machine interface to monitor the operation of the cement packaging machine.The operation results show that the control system of the cement packaging machine has the function of weight display and weighing automatic correction.The system has strong reliability,simple structure and strong practicability.
