The view of the traditional rotary parts machining accuracy is not high low machining efficiency of faults.Paper puts forward a new method of high precision grinding Semi-rigid abrasive finishing grinding from grinding mechanism analysis of modeling and simulation in grinding process design and grinding experiment four aspects research.The main contents are as follows(1)According to characteristics of semi-rigid abrasive finishing method,semi-rigid abrasive elasticmechanical properties between the layers were analyzed,and the semi-rigid grinding wheel abrasive grinding geometry model was established,the influence of precision bearing rotating parts contour parameters of material removal,and effect the quality of the workpiece contour grinding parameters,and introduces in detail the working principle of the principle of semi-rigid abrasive finishing(2)On the basis of existing MG 1432A high precision cylindrical grinding machine,participate in converted into high precision semi-rigid abrasive finishing prototype,including the design of the semi-rigid grinding tool,workpiece speed control scheme design,design,manufacture and assembly of the whole test apparatus,as well as the selection of proper parameters.(3)Using ANSYS simulation software,the establishment of a semi-rigid grinding tool and the workpiece contour contact finite element model,through the simulation analysis,summed up the stress and strain distribution of workpiece surface grinding process,and the influence of amount of contact press on the grinding force law,research by controlling the grinding method to control the amount of grinding to remove the pressure.Expounds the static stiffness of the spindle unit at the same time,through the theoretical calculation and modeling and simulation analysis,the method of combining static characteristic has carried on the simulation analysis of the shaft unit,verify the rationality of the spindle structure and parameters.(4)In modified semi-rigid grinding tool on the machine tool spindle modal analysis,through the LMS vibration analyzer modal test,analysis of modal test results,to obtain the modal parameters of the grinding spindle unit and the inherent frequency,the results show that the developed grinding spindle unit to satisfy the requirements of the dressing experiment.Finally build semi-rigid abrasive finishing test platform,and dressing experiment,test before and after the contour measurement and analysis,verified the semi-rigid abrasive finishing the feasibility of the method on improving accuracy...
