Fish oil includes body oil,liver oil and brain oil.Fish oil provides plentiful omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(EPA,DHA),and it has a variety of functions.For instance,fish oil can improve neurological function,mental brain,prevent senile dementia and protect eyesight;inhibit platelet aggregation,reduce thromboxane formation,prevent myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction;lower blood pressure and treat atherosclerosis;anti-inflammatory and so on.As people's awareness of fish oil function continues to improve,the scale of the fish oil consumer market is steadily expanding.But there are some problems in fish oil industry,for example,adulteration of oil and fat,sell seconds at best quality prices,lack of EPA and DHA fast nondestructive testing technology.In order to solve the problem above,on the basic of chemical analysis,combined with near infrared spectrum analysis,this study established the NIR fast nondestructive testing technologies for measure the adulteration,the brand,the contents of EPA and DHA in fish oil.This study used 10 varieties of fish oil products,namely,Tang Chen Bei Jian fish oil soft capsule,Tian Ran Yuan deep sea fish oil compound soft capsule,Kang Bai Li deep sea fish oil capsule,Kang Fu Li fish oil soft capsule,Spring Valley fish oil capsule(domestic),Spring Valley fish oil capsule(imported),JinAo Li fish oil soft capsule,Bai He Kang fish oil soft capsule,Jian An Xi three times fish oil capsule and Shan Cun Pei You auxiliary hypolipidemic soft capsule as single sample,were compiled for the first to ten number.Ten kinds of fish oil samples include mainstream,non-mainstream,imported,domestic products of the health care products market to guarantee representative and universality of the sample selection.The NIR fast nondestructive testing technology for measure the adulteration of fish oil was established.On the basic of chemical analysis,combined with near infrared spectrum analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),partial least squares(PLS)and support vector machine(SVM)method were used for spectral data analysis,the comparation of spectral data analysis showed,support vector machine method is better than other methods.For the measurement of fish oils mixed with corn oil,after determining and removing the abnormal samples,spectral data analysis,the model was established by SVM method,Rc=0.907,Rp=0.867.For the measurement of fish oils mixed with Sunflower seed oil,the model was established by SVM method,Rc=0.855,Rp=0.838.The NIR fast nondestructive testing technology for measure the brand of fish oil was established.50 samples were analysised,the spectrum showed different saignificantly.After determining and removing the abnormal samples by using principal component analysis,we could get 95% interpretation ratio under PC-2 condition.Linear discriminant analysis(LDA)method was used for establishing the modle,the pretreatment methods included Baseline,SNV,DE-TREND and MSC,both the correction accuracy and prediction accuracy were 100%.When we used SVM method to establish the model,the pretreatment method were SNV and MSC the correction accuracy was 93.33%,prediction accuracy was 90%.When we used LDA to establish the model,both the correction accuracy and prediction accuracy were 100%.The NIR fast nondestructive testing technology for measure the contents the EPAand DHA was established.On the basic of chemical analysis,combined with near infrared spectrum analysis,the effects of 8 varieties of single pretreatment methods and 35 varieties of complicated pretreatment methods to modle accuracy were studied.For the model of EPA content,we could get 94% interpretation ratio under factor5 condition,the best pretreatment methods were normalize-SNV.For the model of DHA content,we could get 89% interpretation ratio under factor5 condition,the best pretreatment methods were Detrend-MSC.The correction coefficient of correlation and RMSEC were 0.966 and 1.960 respectively.Cross-validation correlation coefficient and root mean square cross validation error were 0.961 and 2.099 respectively,that showed PLS was better than PCR and PLS for model established.From above,this study established the NIR fast nondestructive testing technologies for measure the adulteration,the brand,the contents of EPA and DHA in fish oil.The results confirm the steps and system of the established method,not only provide the theoretical basis for keep fish oil product quality,but also promote the healthy development of the industry.
