Coal Resource Enrichment Region Environmental Regulation Efficiency Evalution And Regulation Policy Optimization Idea

As an important region of China's energy-intensive areas,coal-rich areas have an important role in China's economic development.The evaluation of its environmental quality is of great significance to the current harmonious development of environment and economy.The environmental efficiency as an important indicator of environmental quality assessment is also an important means to study and evaluate the environmental quality of coal-rich areas and the status quo of environmental development.Only through the comprehensive evaluation of the environmental efficiency of the coal-rich areas can we take effective countermeasures to improve the environmental efficiency of the coal-rich areas and promote the sustainable development of the coal-rich areas.In this paper,the actual situation of different annual environmental efficiencies and the change of annual environment in the coal-rich areas are measured,and the differences in environmental efficiency are analyzed.The uncontrolled factors(such as government regulation)that affect environmental efficiency are studied empirically In order to provide a policy reference for the development and industrial upgrading of the coal resource enrichment area so as to reduce the sacrifices of environmental quality while achieving economic growth.The main contents can be divided into the following five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research content and the goal,the domestic and foreign literature review,the research mentality and the method as well as the innovation of this article.The second part is the definition of the relevant core concepts and the theoretical basis of combing.The concept of environmental efficiency,the concept of coal resource enrichment area and environmental regulation related to the concept and theory.The third part introduces the current situation of environmental regulation in China's coal-rich areas and the shortcomings of the current environmental regulation.The fourth part is model construction and empirical analysis.In this part,we mainly use the Super-SBM model to deal with the relevant panel data,evaluate the environmental regulation efficiency of the coal resource enrichment area,analyze and analyze the environmental efficiency status,the difference and the evolution law of the coal resource enrichment area,and then use the panel data measurement test The paper analyzes the factors that influence the efficiency of environmental regulation in the enrichment area of coal resources,and puts forward some suggestions on the countermeasures of the coal resources enrichment area.in accordance with.The fifth part analyzes the experience of environmental regulation in the coal-rich areas of major developed countries such as Germany and the United States.This paper analyzes and draws lessons from the environmental regulation policies of the coal resources enrichment areas in the eastern United States such as the Appalachian region and the German developed areas such as the Ruhr region.The sixth part is the policy suggestion to improve the environmental regulation efficiency of China's coal resources enrichment area.
