Study On The Legal Governance Of Trans Regional Water Environment

Based on the study of the legal governance of trans regional water environment,this paper focused on the administrative law enforcement perspective of trans regional water environment.This article mainly divides into four parts:the first part introduces the research background,research significance and research status of administrative trans regional water environment legal governance;the second part introduces the concept and characteristics of transregional water environment legal governance and its development and current situation;the third part finds and analyzes the main dilemma and its causes of trans regional water environment legal governance from five aspects,including law enforcement system,law enforcement supervision,substantive system,public participation;the fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the trans regional water environment legal governance in view of the above-mentioned problems and causes including improving the basis of law enforcement,improving the law enforcement system,strengthening the law enforcement supervision mechanism,improving the physical system attending to public participation.
