This paper mainly analysis of Risk-Based Inspection technology was used in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Refinery 80MT/a continuous reforming unit of applications.RBI was based on Risk analysis,is a connection of In-service equipment risk and equipment in use inspection.According to risk level,identifying the weak components,put forward suggestions and countermeasures of safety technology.So this is the building of a risk technology equipment management system for your wizard.In the paper,according to the concept of integrity management equipment,using the software of RB.eye(?)Conducting Risk Assessment for 43 Static equipments in main Process system(not include the Utility system and Auxiliary system,such as Fuel oil,gas,oil sealing,cooling water,etc).Results Showed:This Unit has 15 equipments at high levels of risk.Analyzes the corrosion mechanism of higher risk equipment,and implementation of inspection plan by based on risk level and damage model,put forward some measures of risk management and some methods to improve the integrity of the equipment operation management.Compared with the traditional inspection maintenance procedures,RBI technology can identify 80%of low-risk project on the basis of risk analysis,can help people to make a basis for decision of the repair/maintenance budget,reduce maintenance costs and avoid unnecessary repairs and excessive maintenance.At the same time,with the introduction and application of advanced inspection maintenance from abroad,risk is affectively lowered.With the help of the RBI analysis process,we can not only systematize the experience of the devise operation and maintenance,while realizing the sharing and coordination of resources(which means renewable,traceable,inheritabl),enhance the management level in view of the overall situation.Practicement showed that this technology could help to improve unit management level,optimization of test efficiency and reduce the inspection maintenance costs and be of far-reaching significance in the expansion and application to the petrochemical unit.
