In the world,PPP mode is widely adopted in large-scale infrastructure construction.Due to China's entry into WTO for a short time, there are some problems in the construction of PPP mode. There are many factors affecting the problems, including social factors, natural conditions and market operation risk factors. It is inevitable that the PPP mode is not applied deeply enough, the anti risk ability is small, and the risk classification is more. Finally, the project construction can not achieve the expected results. This paper deeply studies and analyzes the financing risk of Lanzhou New Area No.1sewage treatment plant project under PPP mode. This paper summarizes the relevant research literature of domestic and foreign scholars, establishes the subjective and objective fuzzy hierarchy risk assessment model, introduces the critical method to improve the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP,and takes the project of Lanzhou New Area No.1 sewage treatment plant under PPP mode as a case study,so as to broaden the existing theoretical research results and better promote it The application of dynamic PPP financing mode in infrastructure construction such as Lanzhou New Area No.1 sewage treatment plant project. The study shows that risk assessment can be more widely used in PPP mode in the future. The PPP model adopted by this project determines that the risk of the Lanzhou New Area No.1 sewage treatment plant project is moderate, technical risks and construction risks need to be focused on.It is hoped that the analysis and research of the actual cases of this mode can provide certain reference value for similar projects and provide certain risk solutions.
