After the reform and opening up the rapid economic development,causing the rapid rise of China's industrial areas,the transport industry is to drive the continued growth of the economy,and the quality of automobile tire production technology and the tire industry and its subsidiary areas of development has an important impact.This paper designs and develops the network control system of tire extruder based on the problem of low level of automation of rubber extruder and low production management.The network control system of the extruder is composed of the upper computer,the lower computer and the remote network control.The upper computer network control interface adopts Lab VIEW based virtual instrument development platform to realize user login,status display,parameter management and other functions.The controller of the lower computer adopts RockWell's ControlLogix controller 1756-L72,which is responsible for controlling each process.Logical instructions are used to realize the logic operation of the servo motor and the inverter with the underlying sensor.The communication between the upper computer and the lower plane is based on industrial Ethernet,device network and control network and DataSocket and OPC technology to build data transmission structure.The remote control side uses the remote Web publishing technology of Lab VIEW to realize remote measurement and control of data.The upper computer interface adopts LabVIEW friendly style design,the visual display is intuitive and can effectively display the analysis results of the data,which can realize real-time data call and storage of Access database with the help of LabVIEW's underlying database driver,and can also generate the information report form in Excel form.The lower controller uses ControlLogix controller with high control accuracy and stability.Its structure adopts the integrated design,and the system adopts the integrated layout scheme to realize the fast real-time transmission of data.At the same time,according to the demand of the field enterprises and the present situation of the extruder,the mathematical model of the screw speed control of the extruder based on RBF neural network adaptive PID control is established to improve the accuracy and stability of the screw speed control of the extruder.The system has been debugged and tested,and the interface interaction and data processing are stable.The problem of the scene can be solved effectively,which improves the efficiency and equipment utilization of the whole production operation.
