Because of the global resource supplying pressure and environmental pressure,the mining production process where will use automation inputs and applications more and more is essential in the transformation of the coal industry.this paper is based on the practical application of fully mechanized coal mining technology in 7 m fully mechanized coal mining face,paper analyzes the current situation of fully mechanized mining technology and equipment development,and paper puts forward the idea which is using the DCS to single design the shearer automation application,hydraulic-electronic support automation application,the pump station automation application and data collection,all the data will be collected by sub-system,then send to centralization,centralization will unified control and monitor.All the data which is belonging to the working status at longwall will be sent to the surface master station through the coalmine Industry Ethernet,this will achieve surface-underground data integrating.This paper also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between the old shearer communication control system and the new shearer communication control system.paper carries out the technical selection of the shearer's control system and data acquisition hardware,and clarify the overall logical relationship of shearer communication control system.Paper also detailed analysis the shearer automatic cutting of 7 m mining and the drum height compensation scheme.For the hydraulic support,paper also simply introduces the principle of communication between the hydraulic-electric gate station and the centralized control station.paper puts forward the practical application plan of the monitoring data and the optimization process of the automatic operation process,its works for saving the production time and improving the production efficiency.In this paper,i have a clearly designing for the hydraulic pump data collecting and hydraulic system optimization,the aim of this is improving the reliability and the fluency of equipment.In the last chapter,i have simply introduced and analyzed the procedure and configuration design of the whole data acquisition and control systemthe consult of the study has important significance and reference value for the rational designing of fully mechanized coal mining face and other equipment control system,improving equipment performance and improving production efficiency.
