Electrospinning is an effective method of preparation of nanofiber,and melt electrospinning has become the research focus because of its advantages such as high efficiency and no solvent volatilization.Most of the melt electrospinning preparing fibers are in the form of non-woven fabric collection,which greatly limit its application,However,when it comes to textiles,sensor,and other biological field,melt electrospinning oriented nanofiber and even its twisting yarn are urgently wanted.Through the innovation of the device and the innovation of the technology,it is the main method to prepare the nano twisted yarn.There are three difficulties in the preparation of melt electrospinning:(1)melt electrospinning multi jet;(2)the cluster and orientation of multiple jets;(3)the twisting of multiple jets.Therefore,it is still a great challenge for the preparation and reception of nanofibers.Based on the thought of melt differential eletrospinning by professor Yang,the author was designing and constructing the melt differential electrospinning device,and manufacturing of nanofiber yarn by adjustment of the process and innovation of the device.The main contents are as following:(1)High efficient preparation of single jet multi jet continuous nanofibers based on blending modificationMaking full use of the advantages of the melt differential electrospinning device,preparing of a kind of special materials to conduct melt eletrospinning by material modification to lower the Melt flow index,and thinning the fiber by negative pressure,so that the fibers from micron to submicron and nano scale.(2)Design and optimization of melt differential electrospinning electrospinning deviceBased on the principle of differential electrospinning with needleness and multi jet melt,a melt differential electrospinning process and equipment based on negative pressure air flow drawing and combined roller twisting are set up.(3)Study on the preparation technology of melt differential electrospinningPLA and modified PP were selected as raw material to study the spinning voltage,suction wind speed,roller rotating speed,rotating speed and other parameters had an effect on fibers diameter,twisting twisting angle and twist.The influence of parameters obtained the best spinning process for preparing nanofiber twisting sample,following:by controlling roller rotating speed and rotating speed ratio can control the fiber twisting twisting angle.In summary,this paper presents a melt differential electrospinning nanofiber twisting preparation device is expected to solve the industrial production of nanofiber twisting,and will lay the foundation for the popularization and application of nano fiber to high-end textile,medicine and biology of high additional field.
