With the continuous increase of the industrial modernization process,more and more oily wastewater is discharged into the environment.Only oilfield oily wastewater exceeds 50 million tons per year in our country.Oily wastewater treatment has no point for delaying.Recently,nanofiber has been broadly applied in the field of oily wastewater treatment due to its lightweight,high porosity,high specific surface area and high permeability characteristics.Melt differential electrospinning is a green and efficient method for preparation of nanofibers.In this paper,polypropylene/liquid paraffin(PP/LP)nanofibers were prepared by using melt differential electrospinning.The feasibility of melt differential electrospun polylactic acid/beeswax(PLA/BW)nanofiber was also investigated and nanofiberous Oil-water separation membrane with the average fibrous diameter of 390 nm was successfully prepared.The porosity,pore size distribution and oil-water infiltration of the two fiber membranes were analyzed,the effect of the addition of LP and BW on the properties of fiber membranes was also illustrated.The results showed that PP/LP,PLA/BW nanofiber membranes both exhibited high oil absorption rate and have good reusability.Based on this result,the oil rejection rate of two nanofiber membranes under different separation conditions was tested.The highest oil rejection rate of PLA/BW fiber membrane can reach to 95.3%.At the same time,a new design of a oil-water separation device with rotors and basing on nanofiber fitration was proposed.Numerical simulation of the pre-processing section of the designed scheme was carried out by using of the simulation and analysis software FLUENT.The results showed that the rotors would cause swirling of the fluid in the pretreatment section and the movement track of oil droplets could be changed from the original linear motion to the spira,which extended the residence time of oil droplets in the pretreatment section and contributed to the higher adsorption rate of oil droplets by hydrophobic lipophilic membrane.To sum up,the preparation and properties of melt differential electrospinning nanofiber oil-water separation membrane were studied in this paper.The preparation process of nanofiber oil-water separation membrane was simplified.Nanofibers produced from polymer melt differential electrospinning is a all-route method from raw materials to process,and to recycling.Meanwhile,a new design of a oil-water separation device with rotors was proposed,which provides a promising strategy for the industrial application of electrospun nanofiber in efficient separation of oil-water.
