At present,the organic heat preservation material is still dominant in China,this kind of heat preservation material is poor in fire retardant performance,wall fire cases occur frequently which caused by the organic heat preservation material,this causes huge losses to the people's life and property.Therefore,the research of new type flame retardant wall thermal insulation material is great significance.Perlite storage is rich in our country,expanded perlite is maked by high temperature thermal expansion.Expanded perlite is safe wall insulation materials.In this article,expanded perlite is the main raw material,by adding inorganic adhesive and waterproof agent,then using the pressure molding,heat curing method,the expanded perlite insulation wall material is prepared;Waterproof agent,adhesive and perlite,the optimal formula is identified,and the drying temperature and drying time is researched on the preparation conditions of thermal insulation material for wall;Finally,the properties of the product are analyzed.Compression ratio is 1.65,drying temperature is 130 ?,the drying time is 100 min,adhesive dosage is 66.7%,waterproofing agent dosage is 0.18%,the expanded perlite insulation wall material is produced.Various properties of thermal insulation material are tested,density is less than 200 kg·m-3,the quality of moisture content is less than 2.0%,the compressive strength is greater than 0.40 MPa,the flexural strength is greater than 0.20 MPa,hydrophobic rate is greater than 98%,coefficient of thermal conductivity is between 0.060?0.068 W·m-1·K-1,high temperature of 650 ? burning line shrinkage rate is about 0.5%.Physical performance indicators of the products comply with GB/T 10303-2001 national standard of expanded perlite insulation products.In this paper,the expanded perlite insulation wall material has the advantages of simple preparation process,raw material cost is low,and the product is noncombustible,light and good waterproof.In addition,afte thermal gravimetric analysis,the mass loss of insulating material is less than 4%at 800 ?.line shrinkage rate is approximately 1.4%after 16 h of constant temperature under 750 ? calcinations.Heat preservation material has no obvious crack,depression after burn.The combustion performance of insulating material level reached GB8624 specified in the class A(non-combustible material).So the expanded perlite insulation wall material is security in the building,The production process has no "three wastes" emissions,so it has the very good application prospects.
