With China's economic level and residents living conditions continue to improve,building insulation and other functions are also constantly improving.Meetting the residents' comfort requirements,building energy consumption problems are more and more prominent at the same time.China has 95%of the buildings are high energy consumption building,building energy consumption to reach the national total energy consumption of about 33%.While the external wall energy consumption accounted for the largest proportion of building energy consumption.Therefore,the development of external energy-saving insulation materials and technology applications,will play a vital role in building energy efficiency.Phase change material has the characteristics of regulating temperature,storage energy and so on.While the external wall insulation with insulation,heat insulation and other properties.If the two to be combined,that is,in the external walls of the insulation mortar,gypsum,paint the use of phase change energy storage materials to do with insulation,heat insulation function and also having a regulated temperature,storage of energy characteristics.This will greatly reduce the overall energy consumption of the building is of great significance.This article is for this purpose.Through the development of external wall insulation system and its application of materials and technology status quo,and nalysis of external wall insulation system is the most valuable insulation system.And then for the external wall insulation system preparation of expanded perlite composite phase change energy storage materials for thermal insulation mortar.Through the expansion of perlite modified experiments,making the expansion of perlite to improve the hydrophobicity,water absorption decreased.So as to solve the expansion of perlite used in external wall insulation technology,the expansion of perlite is too high water to determine this.Preparation of n-decanoic acid/expanded perlite composite phase change materials The ratio of n-decanoic acid to expanded perlite material was obtained by the combination of vacuum adsorption method and hydrolysis deposition method.To lay the theoretical foundation for the application and popularization of new materials for n-capric acid/expanded perlite composite phase change energy storage.
