| With the decrease of air quality, air purifier market is growing up and the output and sales volumn of air filter paper are growing rapidly. In this work, the effect on the properties of air filter paper base paper by the types of fiber materials, beating degree, kinds of synthetic fiber, three-layer composite, NFC coating and drying methods were studied.The effect on the properties of air filter paper by impregnated emulsion resin content and curing time were further investigated in this work as well.The percentage of hardwood pulp was set as 80% when making air filter paper with hardwood pulp and softwood pulp and the beating degree of hardwood pulp was 16°SR while the beating degree of softwood pulp was 20°SR. Dried by drum type dryer, the porosity and mechanical strength of base paper could fulfill the requirements of production.The pH of this solution with glass fiber was adjusted to 3.0 by 1% (v/v) sulfuric acid,making it form silicate surface. When mixing glass fiber which treated with acid and two kinds of wood pulp such as hardwood pulp and softwood pulp to make air filter paper, the percentage of glass fiber was 30% and the percentage of plant fiber was 70%. After dried by drum type dryer, the porosity and mechanical strength of base paper could satisfy the requirements of production.When mixing synthetic fiber and two kinds of plant fiber such as softwood pulp and hardwood pulp to make air filter paper, as the optimum dosage of alcohol fiber was 30%,the performance of air filter paper was best and the properties of base paper were best after dried by drum type dryer Compare with polyester, the paper with alcohol fiber wouldn’t fall off easily. The alcohol fiber could not only increase the porosity of paper but also improve the tear index and folding of the paper, therefore alcohol fiber was better for papermaking.Making three-layer composite air filter paper with glass fiber and two kinds of plantfiber such as softwood pulp and hardwood pulp, the first layer and the second layer were made of hardwood pulp and softwood pulp while the third layer was made of softwood pulp and glass fiber with different ratios that the content of glass fiber was 30%. After dried by drum type dryer, the porosity and mechanical strength of base paper of filter paper could fulfill the requirements of production.Mix glass fiber whose content was 30% and two kinds of plant pulp such as softwoodpulp and hardwood pulp to make air filter paper and coat the surface of air filter paper base paper with nano cellulose whose concentration was 20%.Then dried by drum type dryer.Contrasting the ways of drying such as dry at room temperature and dry with drum type dryer, it was found that the performance of air filter paper base paper which dry at room temperature was the best and the porosity and mechanical strength of base paper of filter paper could fulfill the requirements of production.Mixing glass fiber and two kinds of plant pulp such as softwood pulp and hardwood pulp to make air filter paper, the permeability, filtration performance and mechanical properties could be the best. The content of glass fiber was 30%, the proportion of plant fiber was 70%. When styrene acrylic emulsion on the impregnation of resin remained at around 20% and the curing time was 15 min, the mechanical properties of the filter and filterability was best. |
