With the development of the electric electron,the processing of the computer technology,and continuously stepping to the higher staircase of the rare earth permanent magnet materials,the direct drive permanent synchronous motor,because of simple structure,no excitation,high power coefficient and efficiency,general using for direct current circuit and alternate current circuit,low power dissipation and so on,has been used in several fields comprehensively,for example,aerospace,CNC machine,industrial robot,electric automobile,and domestic electric devices so on and so forth.Under the time of the industry 4.0,the performance of the servo control system will be observed deeply.So researching and developing high performance and high reliability for direct drive permanent magnet motor servo system will be more economic value and social significance.Sequences of researches have been done for the direct permanent magnet motor in this paper.The aim was that the math model was developed,the control system math model was developed,and the control system was simulated in MATLAB/simulink.The hardware and software were designed to fulfill the motor control strategy.The content of the paper as follows:1.The math model of the direct permanent synchronous motor was developed,and the equation of the changing of the coordination between rotor and stator which were to convey electric signal were developed.The equation of motor was developed according to the property to the motor,and changed the motor into state equation.2.SVPWM technique was elaborated in this paper,the math model of SVPWM was constructed.The math model was applied in the MATLAB/Simulink.The output which was from application of math model in the MATLAB/Simulink was tested SVPWM.3.The control system was simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.Two control strategies were applied.The one is three ring PI controller strategy,and the other one is fuzzy adaptive PI controller strategy.Both of the strategies were compared to analyze the property for the simulation of the control system.4.According to the simulation of MATLAB/Simulink,hardware was designed base on the DSP TMS320F28335.The software was designed for application of simulation to motor.Finally the workbench will be controlled due to the control system which was designed in the DSP.
