In the united synchronous system of rotary screen printing machine ,the printed calico passing gluey blanket and rotary screen needs passing through guidance tape before entering into baking house. Synchronism running of guidance tape, gluey blanket as primary driving as well as rotary screen is controlled by photoelectric drop ring. In order to executing photoelectric detection on drop ring untouchedly, a single-clip microcomputer synchronous controller is designed. This controller controls rotate speed doubly closed ring DC velocity modulation system through an auxiliary voltage which can accelerate or reduce the speed of guidance tape for the purpose of synchronization. The designation of detecting device of photoelectric drop ring can realize the detection to controlled objects. The acquisition of speed of main engine, data processing and output of controlling signal can be realized by designing the hardware of the single-clip microcomputer synchronous system and the development of software. The experiments of photoelectric drop ring synchronous controller controlling rotate speed doubly of closed ring DC velocity modulation system were done, and results indicated that through the combination and debugging of hardware and software of photoelectric drop ring synchronous controller, the synchronism between guidance tape and gluey blanket as primary driving can be achieved in a range of speed.
