As a study of the weak interaction between host and guest, supramolecular chemistry is one of the most advanced disciplines in research field.Molecular recognition is a very important branch of supramolecular chemistry, which studies the process of selective binding of host molecules to guest molecules and confer a specific function of "new conjugates".In this process, the host molecule and the guest molecule through the non-covalent bond synergies together, and may cause the system in the conformational transformation and changes in chemical properties. These changes occurring in the process show that the chemical information is stored, transmitted and processed.Nitrogen as an important element,is widely present in nature and life.Pyrrole and imidazole are two five-membered heterocyclic compounds that have the chemical properties of nitrogen atoms and are easily bonded to other ions to form noncovalent bonds.Based on this characteristic, pyrrole and imidazole derivatives in the field of supramolecular chemical molecular recognition occupies a very important position. In this paper,a series of calix [4]pyrrole and phenanthrolines were synthes ized, and the characteristics of their ion recognition were studied, and some valuable experimental results were obtained.?1?Under the catalysis of methanesulfonic acid, two new calix[4]pyrroles 2a and 2b were synthesized by using 1-Boc-4-piperidine methyl ketone and pyrrole as the starting materials. And then,a series of calix[4]pyrroles 2d-2h was synthesized by Michael addition reaction, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and 13 C NMR.At the same time, the binding of the series of calix[4]pyrrole to anions was studied by UV titration. The experimental results show that they have a good recognition effect on fluoride ion,in which 2f has the strongest complexation ability of it.?2?A series of phenanthrylimidazoles were obtained by condensation of 9,10-phenanthrenequinone and substituted benzaldehydes as the starting materials, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and13 C NMR.The results of fluorescence titration showed that compounds 3a,3d and 3e had good recognition effect on Ag+ or Fe3+,respectively,and other metal ions had no obvious effect on them. The possible mechanism of phenanthrene imidazole compounds to identify metal ions was explored by nuclear titration and fluorescence spectroscopy.
