The integral impeller,as the aero engine turbine machinery and all kinds of components,was widely used in centrifugal compressor,turbine,turbine and other types of power equipment.The design of parts was related to fluid mechanics,mechanical principles,aerodynamics and so many kinds of disciplines.Designing and manufacturing in the aerospace,automotive,military industry occupied the position of a decisive role of the impeller.Therefore,different processing methods,the integral impeller with different machining accuracy and surface quality requirements had important influence on its performance.With the computer technology changing rapidly,the scope of application of NC technology is more and more widely,now it has a large number of applications in aerospace,military,machinery manufacturing.Before actual machining process could be predicted interference,over cutting and cutting NC simulation,simulation technology based on virtual machine tool,could not only detect the NC program was correct or not,could also be used for optimizing the NC program.NC machining simulation technology could improve the production efficiency,reducing the risk and cost of processing.(1)Based on the development of five axis CNC machining center,the integral impeller of domestic five axis NC machining of the research,the research background and significance of this research leaded to the subject.(2)Analysis on geometric structure of integral impeller.Modeling impeller CAD module based on UG,using of spline interpolation technique.Planning of integral impeller,determine the machine,cutter,cutting blank,calculation,division stage of processing and process route.(3)The tool path planned of the integral impeller rough machining stage.Generate the tool path based on the UG CAM module.Generate the first rough,the second rough,grooving,hub,finishing,finishing machining and machining tool path.(4)Analysis of the structure of the dual turntable five-axis machining center.Processing algorithms proposed dual turntable five-axis machining center.Post processing module based on UG/Post.According to the parameters of the DMU50 five-axis machining center making the post processing file,DMU50 tool path generation in five-axis machining center UG CAM module can be generated recognition NC program.(5)DMU50 five-axis machining center based on VERICUT software the kinematics model was constructed,and the configuration of blank,fixture,cutting tool and control system.The using of DMU50 CNC machining center machining of integral impeller,verify the correctness of the NC machining process planning and NC program.
