Research On Texturing Processing Of One-step POY/FDY Polyester Differential Shrinkage Blended Yarn And Its Fabric Properties

Polyester has a wide range of applications,which is used in textiles,decorative textiles and industrial textiles currently.As the polyester fiber modulus is high,and have a group of non-polar and so on.Therefore,the production of fabrics have a feel hard,impermeable,poor moisture absorption,low color characteristics.In the face of the disadvantages of polyester itself,Previous studies have shown that the mixed fiber,in the process of improving the performance of polyester fiber.The initial blended of filaments products the filaments and then mix the different materials.And the one step POY/FDY polyester shrinkage filaments reduces production process greatly,spinning and composition of the network is in processed simultaneously,thus the process not only saves the material,energy saving,but also greatly improve the production efficiency.In this paper,on the basis of one step POY/FDY polyester shrinkage filament,we have studied the process of air distortion and false twist texturing of polyester fiber,and prepared the textured yarn which were under different processing conditions,studied the structure and mechanical properties of different textured yarns.What 's more,The properties of one step POY/FDY polyester filament yarn with different shrinkage yarn were discussed,This paper provides reference for the development of one step POY/FDY polyester differential shrinkage yarn and fabric.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)One step method for the deformation of POY/FDY polyester fiber with different shrinkage:one step POY/FDY polyester fiber was used as raw material,and conduct the air textured and false twist textured respectively,producted the corresponding blended yarn.(2)The structure and performance analysis of one step POY/FDY polyester fiber blended yarn with different shrinkage: studied the processing parameters what effects on the structure and properties of the yarns,such as the ratio of the blend fiber,the ratio of the core components and the D/Y ratio,and the effects of different heat treatment conditions on the structure and properties of one step POY/FDY polyester fiber blended yarn.Thus the paper provides a basis for the application of one step POY/FDY heterogeneous shrinkage blended yarn in fabric.(3)Study on the properties of one step POY/FDY differential shrinkage blended yarn:In the sample machine,producted one step POY/FDY differential shrinkage blended yarn fabric and tested and analyzed the non-textured blended silk fabric respectively.
