Research Of New Tencel Denim Garment Development And After-finishing

With the development of personalized clothing demand individuation and the deep in concept of healthy and comfortable clothing,consumer put forward higher request to the clothing products.Thus,to improve enterprise competitiveness,the enterprises must create new product.Denim is popular,but the fabric is single,and the process consumes a lot of water and produces sewage.This subject creatively adopts the environmental silk cowboy fabrics to carry on the product development and the finishing research,and explored a systemic way of new product development.The research content and results can be summarized in four aspects:(1)the research of tencel denim clothing market and consumer behavior: by analyzing the popularity of trend of cowboys and tencel product,the result shows the salable tencel denim products on the market are similar to the consumer's preference which are soft,draping,frivolous tencel denim fabrics.In terms of style,the simple and natural form are popular.(2)the experiment of the fabric washing after finishing : selecting 5 kinds of high popularity and consumer preference on the market of tencel denim fabrics,make the fabric washing after finishing of sleeve samples respectively.The research mainly discussed the influence of three methods of washing: poaching,snow washing,the monkey wash,combining experience of practice of the failure examples in washing after finishing,and finding available ways to solve the problem.Finally,the experiment got the washing parameter of better surface and handle which can be used in creating new sample.(3)the development of sample and washing finishing: the designing contained 5 pieces of clothing which gave first place to the frivolous,ventilating,draping characters of tencel denim,uniting fashionable element of flounce and boat collar,ribbon and using Gebo CAD to get graphic pattern,then cutting and sewing,finally after-finishing according to washing sleeve template,getting a complete set of tencel denim clothing.(4)the evaluation of new tencel denim product appearance and subjective and objective wearing performance: on the one hand,the experiment invited 20 persons that contained 5 factory technician,5 edition division and 5sample worker,5 clothing trade personnel and 5 ordinary consumers.The 20 volunteers evaluated the surface TAV and handle THV of the 5 kind of clothing,combining the weight before and after washing,thickness,draping character and ventilating performance.The result shows that the wearing performance have been enhanced after washing,and the TAV is similar to THV,but there is no relativity between the two performance.To sum up,this thesis mainly explored the development of new tencel denim clothing and after-washing,got a new technology method of tencel denim,and enriched the kinds of products.As far as its referenced meaning,it can be a case for this product to satisfied the need of practice.
