Control the friction between friction liner and steel wire rope is the basis to ensure the hoisting system normal operation.Therefore,one of the problems of single container friction hoisting system is to prevent the wire rope slipping on the friction wheel.In the actual production,it is important to improve the system configuration parameters which is in order to meet various anti-skid national standard.To address this problem,the study introduces anti-skid safety static tension ratio as a parameter base on the dimensionless method,and makes the static tension ratio become the only variable equipment.In order to improve the configuration of system,transferring the relationship from the original parts quality and emergency braking,anti-skid calculation directly to a single variable relationship.First of all,this paper mainly discuss about the multi-rope friction hoisting system,expound anti-skid function of the system on the principle of the anti-slip system.It summarizes and analyzes three kind algorithms of practical parameters which described in detail of the anti-skid algorithm.It points out the relationship between them.Connects with the Euler's formula,it will happen in actual operation and can bring slippery rope system factors,according to the principle attributes to several aspects.Summarizing the measures on this basis to improve system anti-skid performance.It provides engineering designers reference basis to optimize the system configuration and improve the performance.It will represent the actual parameter system related components into a dimensionless parameter after selecting reasonable benchmark.Finally the dimensionless parameter system components will be the basis of the actual parameters then convert into static tension ratio as the representation of a single variable method.Secondly,taking single container friction hoisting system as the research object,it dues to the size of the difference of tension of rolling axis on both sides which with the side of the container motion state and load changing and the change of the tension difference directly affects the safe operation of the system.On the basis of Euler's formula the system set up the mathematical relationship between the static tension ratio and the actual parameters acceleration.And then based on the principle of equality of the static tension ratio,it established the mathematical relationship between static tension ratio and static safety factor by Matlab simulation.Two mathematical model and what conditions should be meet in the safe operation was obtained.Finally,based on the static tensions are equal,according to the balance of safety braking in hoisting system,the study analyzes the state of all kinds of sports and establishes the limit of static ratio and the working condition of dimensionless mathematical model.Finally,It determined that each condition are satisfied with mathematical model between the static tension ratio,anti-skid index and safety braking power.So it reveals corresponding relationship both the limit static tension ratio of most difficult time and anti-skid.By the theoretical analysis,it provides a reference basis for system parameter.
