Lifting equipment in coal mine is one of the large fixed equipment of mine, its main task is to promote coal, coal gangue through the wellbore, shipping material, lift personnel and equipment, etc. Lifting equipment in coal mine is mine and the ground between the important hub of shipping material, personnel and equipment, known as the throat of the mine transportation, therefore in the exploration and production of the mine lifting equipment in coal mine has an indispensable status. So how can completely effective solution to the problem of mine hoist over rolling and improve the safety and reliability of the mine lifting equipment is become one of the important task to ensure coal mine safety production.Based on the vertical shaft friction hoisting system as an example, the main research content is as follows:1), through the relevant data access and vertical shaft friction hoisting system, in view of the vertical shaft friction hoisting system through analyzing the structure and characteristics.2), the vertical shaft friction hoisting system overwinding protection process research and analysis, and vertical shaft friction hoisting system are given respectively in different circumstances overwind on both sides of the wire rope tension and friction wheel contact formula, formula of wire rope and the promotion of the tension of the contact points of the container.
