With the oil production environment changes,oil wells,oil fields in the multi-directional development,which is an urgent need for high-end oil recovery system.Submarine screw pump production system because of its high pump efficiency,low energy consumption,long pumping cycle,manufacturing costs and low maintenance costs unique advantages in recent decades to develop the emerging oil production technology.There is a technical problem in downhole drive submersible screw pump oil production system is that the motor speed is too high and start torque small lead to screw pump start difficultly.So it is need for high-speed motor drive,high torque screw pump output,so the design of a reducer system with high operating reliability and longevity driven by downhole screw pumps plays a vital role in adapting to different mining environments and improving oil efficiency.In this paper,by comparing the characteristics of various transmission forms,and according to Shengli Oilfield conditions and submersible motor,screw pump operating parameters,the final choice of transmission is RV small tooth gap planetary transmission as a system of slowdown device,it has the large range of transmission ratio and high input speed.From the parametric design and determine the parameters the draw CAD drawing;using SolidWorks 3D modeling software to complete the parts drawing and assembly,and use of finite element analysis software ANSYS and virtual prototype analysis software ADAMS designed to slow down the static analysis and modal analysis,kinematics and dynamics analysis were performed.Based on the entire oil recovery system,AGREE method is used to determine the reliability of the gear unit.And the fault analysis is carried out from the traditional fault tree.The fault tree of the reducer is drawn with the "RV reducer failure" as the top event.The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are carried out to obtain all the minimum cut sets andstructural importance of basic events.The fuzzy mathematics is added to the fault tree analysis.The occurrence probabilities of each basic events are described by using the L-R fuzzy number of the normal symmetry.The fuzzy probabilities of middle and the top event are calculated,and analyzed the causes of the reducer failure and put forward the corresponding measures,and the top event of membership function distribution curve is obtained.
